Trump actively hid info on meetings with Putin from top officials

Where the investigations into U.S. President Donald Trump stand Trump actively hid info on meetings with Putin from top officials

The big move: He reportedly took the notes of his interpreter after meeting with Putin in Helsinki and ordered the linguist not to tell other White House officials what transpired.

A House Republican's line of questioning uncovered revelations that in May 2017 senior FBI leadership debated whether President Trump was directed by the Russian government to fire FBI Director James Comey, Fox News has learned.

Trump denied on Fox News that he was keeping anything under wraps on his face-to-face meetings with Putin. I am not sure what "into the void" is supposed to mean when we are talking about the internet, but Trump's multiple tweets on the border received up to 123,000 likes, 29,000 retweets, and 49,000 comments. The new details about Trump's continued secrecy underscore the extent to which little is known about his communications with Putin since becoming president.

The Washington Post story is the second in 24 hours to highlight Trump's unusual dealings with Russian Federation and its leader.

US President Donald Trump has gone to extraordinary lengths to hide details of his conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, including on at least one occasion taking possession of the notes of his own interpreter and instructing the linguist not to discuss what had transpired with other administration officials, current and former US officials say.

Sanders called the report "absurd".

Trump never answered Pirro's question directly, but went on to say that no president has taken a harder stance against Russian Federation than he has.

Jeremy Hunka of Union Gospel Mission in Vancouver said the numerous deaths, five of which took place in B.C., are unacceptable. She was attended to by emergency personnel, who performed CPR on her, but she was subsequently pronounced dead on the scene.

USA counterintelligence investigators attempted to assess whether Trump's actions constituted a possible threat to national security, and agents also tried to determine whether Trump was knowingly working for Russian Federation or had unknowingly come under Moscow's influence, the Times reported. "I think it's the most insulting article I've ever had written, and if you read the article you'll see that they found absolutely nothing".

In a flurry of tweets Saturday morning, Trump slammed Comey, arguing that his firing of the former Federal Bureau of Investigation director "was a great day for America" and accused him of being a "crooked cop" protected by Mueller.

"Wow, just learned in the Failing New York Times that the corrupt former leaders of the FBI, nearly all fired or forced to leave the agency for some very bad reasons, opened up an investigation on me, for no reason & with no proof, after I fired Lyin' James Comey, a total sleaze!", Trump tweeted.

Comey appeared to respond to Trump's tweet, writing on Twitter: "I ask you to judge me by the enemies I have made".

Trump faced widespread criticism following the Helsinki summit from both Democrats and Republicans, with his performance at a press conference alongside Putin - in which he sided with Moscow over his own government's assertion that the Kremlin meddled in the 2016 USA election, and heaped praise on the Russian Federation strongman - roundly condemned by allies and critics alike.

Trump also attacked the Post for its story, zeroing in on Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos, who also owns the Post.

"I do think it's curious that throughout that whole summer when these investigations started, you have Vladimir Putin policies nearly being parroted by Donald Trump", he said on CNN's State of the Union.
