Kanye West to Visit Trump at White House

Kanye West is reportedly preparing to meet U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House on Thursday. And it will likely be a gossip fest against Swift who West so infamously interrupted on stage during her acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV VMAs and who Trump was quick to diss and said he likes her music 25% less after her Democratic support.

Rapper-turned-MAGA-enthusiast Kanye West is heading to the White House to share a little of that dragon energy with President Turmp and his son-in-law Jared Kushner.

The meeting will not be West's first with the President, as the two came face-to-face in a much-publicized meeting in Trump Tower in 2016 during the presidential transition. Set for Thursday, the meeting will apparently include lunch with Jared Kushner and a talk with Trump about Chicago and jobs for former convicts.

The visit is the latest development in a budding relationship between Trump and West, who met at Trump Tower in NY during the 2016 presidential transition and have exchanged flattering tweets over the past year.

If not President Kanye, perhaps Mr. Kanye West, UN ambassador? "Thank you, Kanye West", Trump said.

West has since apologized for his comments indicating that slavery was a choice.

"You know when you work with a creator like Kanye West, you don't get mainstream".

Mr. Trump applauded West's tirade, tweeting that West was "leading the charge" for Trump supporters.

On Monday, the singer-songwriter Taylor Swift endorsed two Democrats for the U.S. mid-term elections, prompting Mr Trump to tell reporters that he likes "Taylor's music about 25% less now". We will provide jobs for all who are free from prisons as we abolish the 13th amendment.

West has urged the black community to open their hearts to Trump instead of criticizing the president as a racist.
