Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was reportedly investigated by OR cops in 2011 after a woman claimed he sexually assaulted her in a bar. "Cuban then pushed his hand down the back of her jeans and inside her underwear where he cupped his hand over her groin area and inserted the tip of his finger into her vagina". "In one of the pictures, his arm can be seen behind [the alleged victim] and it appears Cuban is reaching down toward her buttocks".

The woman who filed the report told Willamette Week that she stands by her claim.

Cuban, while being investigated by police for the alleged assault, expressed panic at the idea of being accused and uncertainty of how to defend himself.

However, when contacted by Willamette Week she maintained that Cuban had assaulted her.

According to the report, which the paper obtained through a public records request, the woman immediately told a friend and her boyfriend about what happened but didn't go to police until more than a week later.

"If she told five friends right there and then, then that's what they're gonna tell the judge and I'm gonna be fucked". The woman ultimately never filed charges and police found that there was insufficient evidence. A few weeks ago a Sports Illustrated story came out detailing the "corrosive workplace culture" of the Mavericks organization.

In one of those pictures, McGuire describes the accuser as: "Her teeth are clenched, eyes wider than the other pictures and brow raised showing a look of surprise and strain".

"She will not participate in a criminal prosecution and agrees her claim can not be proven", the memo reads.

Houze, Cuban's attorney, also gave authorities the results of a polygraph examination and the opinion of two medical experts that Rees said provided evidence against the woman's claims. The claim is that Cuban allegedly thrust his hand down the back of her trousers and "penetrated her vagina". "While in the bar did you stick your finger in any woman's vagina?"

Prosecutors wrote that "there is no evidence to corroborate the complainant's statement and there is evidence contradicting the claim".
