According to Oliver, Evans told them they were coming from SC. Only Heidi went missing.

A 4-year-old girl kidnapped in SC on February 13 has been found alive and unhurt in Alabama.

Because authorities could not be sure of the circumstances of Heidi's disappearance, they could not issue an Amber Alert.

Officials are working to extradite him back to SC. They released a sketch early Wednesday morning, but later said the person in the sketch was not the suspect. She's now checking out at a local medical facility, authorities say.

Evans was found to have a criminal record, including a robbery conviction.

Officers say Heidi maybe with a Hispanic male ranging in age from 25-30.

The sketch was based on a description of someone seen in the area days prior to the incident who authorities hoped might have seen something or have information in the suspect. A 24-hour tip line has also been set up for citizens to report information in the case.
