Johnson said the young man asked a neighbor if she thought the house was "going to burn".

No one was hurt in the blaze which occurred while Johnson and her husband were at work.

Johnson was one of several women who came forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Moore, during last year's Alabama Senate runoff election campaign. The neighbor didn't know what he was talking about, she said, because flames weren't visible at the time. "We have just the clothes on our backs".

Tina Johnson, who in late 2017 accused Moore of groping her in his law office in the early 1990s, told AL.com that her home caught fire Tuesday morning.

In a statement, the Etowah County Sheriff's Office said it does not believe the fire is "in any way related to Roy Moore or allegations made against him".

US Customs online outage creates delays at airports across the country
The outage is affecting other airports across the county, according to an official familiar with the situation. A spokesperson tells CBS News that Customs and Border Patrol has been contacted and are investigating.

Natalie Barton, public information officer with the Etowah County Sheriff's Department, told AL.com that officials are interrogating a suspect, but have not filed charges.

Investigators said they have a "suspect of interest", but have not released any more details to Johnson or the media.

Johnson, who was heading to Walmart Friday morning to pick up essentials, is sheltering in a motel with her family.

In an interview with NBC's Megyn Kelly in mid-November, Johnson said she was in her 20s and was signing custody of her son over to her mother when Moore touched her.

Moore's Democratic rival, Doug Jones, was sworn in Wednesday as the next senator of Alabama. Leigh Corfman, who claimed Moore molested her when she was 14, alleged Moore and his campaign defamed her and made false statements as they denied her accusations.
